It's tart, the crust is flaky AND it keeps in the fridge for about a month. It's my standby for drop ins. Also, as companion pie, same location, their cranberry/walnut pie-tart-whatever. Equally good and fun to serve both together and let people have a little slice of each. A bit sweet on its own, at least for me, but people seem to love it.
